 In an effort to get people a taste of playing SW:MLP and hopefully inspiring some to go on and run their own games, I have decided to start up what I like to call Friday Night Dice! I will be a few running one-shot games starting this week until late June, when I will see about moving it to another date if necessary. By playing, you will be able to use a character (with my approval) and keep a running experience total with other Friday Night Dice games. If you would like to sign up for a session: Post here and send me a PM with your character's build and background and we will work out the details. When it meets my approval, I will add you to the official register for Friday Night Dice. This game is primarily for people who are not currently in games, but I will take others if there is enough space. The time and date of upcoming games will be posted here as the information is confirmed, though it is subject to change! Play Information: We play over IRC; server is SynIRC, channel is #ponyadventure For those Observing: You are welcome to come and observe on IRC. However, we ask that you not comment in the game channel.

I hesitate to post my interest since as you said, this is for new players. However if you need an extra player than I'd be happy to fill the last slot. Of course I would opt out if someone else had an interest though but this could be an opportunity to try a new character!

My night schedule at work is just killing me..... I wish I could join you guys on one of these fantastic adventures, but I keep crashing into work. (Not having a character is a bit of an issue too. Hoping someone could be kind enough to help me hammer out a character sheet sometime in the future, be it near or short)

I've never played a tabletop in my life before, nor have I filled out a character sheet. I do have a pony in mind though, as well as location, type and perhaps some abilities. Hopefully that helps in some small way. |
