Session 92: Maiden Voyage - Dinosaurs Eat Colt, Mare Inherits The Earth[/i] crew turn to face the orcs, Briny smacks some sense on the Head Honcho Shaman, and by sense I mean senseless. Their leader down for the count, the rest of the trolls flee while the summoned T-rex roars in hunger/rage, released from the shaman's control. Aegis calls for a tactical retreat, but Briny makes sure there will be no dinosaurs chasing them down for pony chow by pointing the T-Rex in the completely opposite direction as everypony else runs back to safety. The Fortress can no longer be saved, but its remaining pieces can be used to repair the busted skiff our heroes saw earlier. With their captain gone, our heroes elect to place Briny as ship captain, although Aegis warns that they still need to complete their Equestrian mission. Head of a ship once more, Briny names the new small skiff Fairwind, and our heroes sail off towards their next adventure…[/ul] Allies tab on the Character Register updated with ship stats!

Session 93: Out At SeaGM NOTE: As we're moving into a relatively well crosslinked arc, there's a lot of details and history now. To save me time as well as fish out what trails you're planning towards, I'm going to leave the tl;dr summaries up to you guys now. Since we're moving back to the 2 bennies per session allotment, I'm going to say any player that makes a tl;dr summary gets +1 benny; later on I may draw it back to the funniest tl;dr summary gets the +1 benny but we'll start with this for now. ;D You can post the summaries on the log as a comment or on the TPT forums.

Session 94: Into the Pirate's DenFixed the world map so it's...slightly more usable? Maybe? I've got the location descriptions finally written up but since y'all have just begun exploring you'll likely get them next session. ;D

As I mentioned on Skype I will unfortunately be late tomorrow by about 30 minutes to a hour. I only realised the other day that I work until the game starts so once off work I will try to get online as soon as possible.

Session 95: Westward Ho!As an fyi guys work is at a critical stage right now, and I can't guarantee I'll make it back home in time to run a full session. Since there'll be a few rule tweaks to account for 2 players on this biweekly mini-adventure we can still meet up to go over said tweaks (assuming I make it back within a reasonable hour), but no guarantees on running an actual game. Will keep you all posted! EDIT: successful work - made it!

*BURSTS IN THROUGH THE DOOR LEIK A BAWSS IN A RED AND GOLD EMBLAZONED TRUCK, RADIO SCREAMING RAINBOW ROCKS, WITH EXTRA SUNGLASS SHADE* oh hai gais its like October psst u should wake upSo my computer broke and I couldn't get logs recorded well but I now have cobbled something together out of a Android tablet, a super-old windows vista-turned-7-but-not-10 computer, extraneous routers, and extra duct tape such that I was able to copy/paste a crapload of logs for internet's posterity sake. Insert More Hyperbole Here. As always, all log records are on the character register, but for your extra linkage convenience: Sessions 102-104: 96, 95, 94 bottles of rum on the wall, in which there was a lot of Sailing involved, and we acquire a new Team Member Sessions 105-106: Into the Flotsam, pt1, pt2, in which we attempt to scavenge a ship but instead meet some old friends Session 107: Around the Town - where we patch up our little ship before heading off to go to jail Sessions 108-109: Planning the Heist, pt1, pt2, in which there is a bit more traveling and plotting before Going To Jail With A Plan That Does Not Involve Only Charge Sessions 110-114: JAILBREAK, pt1, pt2, pt3, pt4 WITH A SUNROOF, pt5 Witty Reference HerePlus, EXTRA BONUS MATERIAL (wot) of a side-adventure with just Slow and Aegis: Windspawn: pt1, pt2Alright guys. *somewhere, a tiny violin plays* JAILBREAK TIME FOR RLZWith our heroes BUSTING OUT OF JAIL LEIK A BAWSS, complete with tornadoes, fireballs, and cannonfire, our stories in In Her Majesty's Service come to a close. Also included in the above log is an epilogue that I wrote, also posted here for non-link-clicky-reading: [/i] the savior outlanders were, lost in the retelling of tales. Of the tales regarding Sir Aegis Shieldbearer, Slow Purpose, and Briny Blue, if they do not chronicle their quest back home to Equestria, instead recounts how they established a taste of Equestria in Caribdus. Aegis Shieldbearer, with his fiancée Chalice Farflüng, helped build a knightly order at Bluth's Crown, using his skill in both sword and spell to protect the last remaining school of elemental magery. Not lax to sit on his laurels, Aegis, along with Chalice, the knights Aegis had trained, and the war mages of Bluth's Crown eventually brought the fight to the Inquisitor Torquemada, shattering his reign of fear over Caribdus and bringing reconciliation with the Elemental spirits. Aegis' unwavering sense of justice and pillar of leadership brought the disparate races of Caribdus together, with some whispering the notion of... king. Of course, if Aegis himself ever heard these variations of the stories he'd probably be completely bewildered, but that just goes to show how a single pony can change the minds of thousands. Slow Purpose, with his grandfather Great Purpose, if they are not depicted aiding Aegis in his battles, traveled across Caribdus after bringing Burning Foresight to justice. In so doing, they discovered how deep the corruption lies, linked by Burning Foresight and beyond even into Equestria. More often than not, the generational duo are recounted as allies of various heroes of Caribdus; said to be the defenders of Lanos, saviors of Maora, and liberators of Baltimus. Slow Purpose and Great Purpose are typically heralded at the forefront of battle against the Dark Kelpies, proving that you can never stop an earth pony from returning home. Briny Blue is a central figure in so many stories amongst the sea dogs of Caribdus that nopony is ever quite sure what is fable and what is "true" legend. The most popular regale her quest against Blackie Powder, which narrate her chase across the four seas of Caribdus and end with her crushing his curse...and of course stealing all his treasure. Another popular tale pits Briny against the legendary Pinkbeard, in a battle for naval superiority and his legendary sword. A few depict Briny "going straight" ...by becoming a privateer of one of the three fractions of Caribdus; these tales generally align with the tale-teller's bias, although all of them include some daring ship takeovers, a few rope tricks, and cannon commandeering. Briny Blue has become so intertwined in Caribdun legend that she may as well be one of their own, showing that no matter what world you come from or what your past states, you can always sail forward. Even worlds away, our heroes embodied the true tenets of Her Majesty's Service: to act honorably, to stand strong together, and to never lose your sense of adventure. So, how will you serve?[/quote][/ul] It's been a long great ride, guys. 2+ years, 20 arcs, and 115+ sessions. It's all there, in the Log list / Session Log Summaries (complete with my degeneratingly silly summaries). Of course, this isn't the absolute end of silliness. I've been slowly working on IHMS' spiritual successor, although this time I want to do it right with more preparation and less by the seat of my pants like real NPC names. I have no idea when I'll get all my notes complete, but never fear, hijinks will return one way or another. Alright guys. I'm just gonna roll down my shades and roll out.
