A world of stone and water lay before you, an empty canvas with nothing of worth. Most who would upon it would see it as devoid of value, but you? You see naught but possibilities for a great new world wrought by your divine powers.Unlike most RPGs, Dawn of Worlds does not have you playing the part of a character living within a fantasy world, but instead you take on the role of one of the deities creating and shaping the world. What I would like to possibly do is to get a group together to play through a game of this system with the general intent being to create a MLP-Style world, mostly to see what we end up with. Rules: Dawn of Worlds - RulesModifications: - Play-by-Post with some online drawing tool for the map(would need to figure out the details)
- Turn order will be first come first serve. If players announce what they plan on doing the following round, please make a reasonable attempt to accommodate that action (i.e. avoid doing things that would prevent that action)
- Rounds are 3 days long; if you don't act before the end of the round, you are assumed to be saving all of your points
- All players get a base of 7 points per turn instead of rolling
- When initiating warfare, declare the bonuses you have determined for the attackers; Other players will determine the bonus for the defense before the roll.
The one word of warning I do have about this is that if you are wanting to partake in this game, it will probably take 2-3 months from start to finish, and losing players part way through really doesn't work well.
Well, would anyone be interested in something of this sort?
